Four engineering inputs define a secondary packaging quotation: the primary container, the corrugated case and pack pattern (R × C × L), the upstream line speed, and the available floor space. Share them on WhatsApp for a direct engineering layout and quotation.
What to include in your message
- Primary package: type (stand-up pouch, pillow bag, folding carton, PET/glass bottle, can, tub), dimensions (L × W × H mm), and gross weight.
- Corrugated case & pack pattern: RSC, HSC, Wrap-Around blank or tray; internal/external box dimensions; and arrangement (rows × columns × layers per case).
- Speed and shifts: upstream filler/bagger speed (units/min), target cases per minute (CPM), shifts per day, and number of SKU changeovers.
- Sealing & downstream scope: BOPP tape or hot-melt glue (Nordson/Robatech), plus whether print-and-apply labeling or palletizing is required.
- Delivery: destination country, plant voltage (e.g., 480V 60Hz / 380V 50Hz), and available floor footprint.
